This website presents Ainscough Strategic Land’s emerging proposals for a sustainable residential development at Land East of Moorway Lane, Derby. The site covers 18.77ha and consists of a series of agricultural fields bordered by hedgerows and mature trees.

Derby City Council will also notify local residents once the planning application has been submitted which shall provide a further opportunity for the local community to comment.
